I voted for Bill Clinton and have regretted that decision ever since. I've voted for a third party ever since. 

I'd rather vote for a principled person who advocates policies that more closely aligned with my own, who will probably lose, rather than a willing tool of empire who is rewarded for performing mass destruction throughout the world in service to oligarchs pursuing global domination.

If you desire a government that represents the majority of Americans, don't waste your vote on a Republican or Democrat, assuming our votes matter at all anymore.

Multivariate analysis indicates that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence. The results provide substantial support for theories of Economic-Elite Domination and for theories of Biased Pluralism, but not for theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy or Majoritarian Pluralism. ..."
